Invoice / Bill before upgrading

    Dear all,

    I have two questions (it might make more sense to ask customer service, but since I don’t have the upgrade yet…I can’t, haha).

    1. Would it be possible to get an invoice (or a bill or a request for payment, whatever you call it) in advance of an upgrade to a paid site? I am asking this because I am currently in the process of creating a website for my organization, but the payment has to be done against an invoice (in much the same way as traditional companies do so).

    Thus, I will most likely not be able to pay via credit card prior to getting this.

    2. I would like to ask if it would also be possible to pay 5 years worth of an annual service in advance?

    We would like to lock in at least the first 5 years, and afterwards we will most likely change the payer / payment details.

    Hey Supernovia, I am also asking to be invoiced rather than using auto-renewal & credit card. I haven’t received a response to my email asking Support about this (sent on the 13th; probably wasn’t read before the “Limited Support” week began)… but my renewal is coming due soon so our Purchasing Department is anxious to get an answer processing payment after an invoice is received may take a while). We don’t want to be late with the payment. I’m #CentralSanBlog. Can you help? Thank you!
