  Hi there, I was charged $99.00 for plan renewal in December and I need a copy of an invoice for our accounting dept. I cannot seem to find this on your website. Help, please. Please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I do not see the charge under the account that you are contacting us from – that is why you do not have access to the billing history page where you can download the invoice/receipt.

  Please log into the account associated with the charge and I would be more than happy to assist you if you need direction to the billing page.
