  Hi, I saw in your FAQ it is stated that WordPress does not run ionCube on your servers.  However, AliDropShip claims that their hosting is WordPress-based.  And with that, the AliDropShip plugin could function.

  This is confusing since I have purchased the plugin and now realized that Managed WordPress does not come with the ionCube loader.

  What do you recommend I do then?  Switch to AliDropShip hosting that offers WordPress-based solution that can run the plugin and lose my SSL certificate that I have paid for? 

  Or there is an extension that I can apply to get the plugin running?

  My plugin says I need ionCube Loader, what’s that, and do I have it?

  The ionCube Loader is a PHP module used to hide and obfuscate PHP code.  Some plugins such as AliDropShip require this to be installed on your site’s server to function. At the present time we do not run ionCube on our servers. As a result, any plugins that rely on it will not function on WordPress.com-hosted sites.

  I believe that AliDropShip may be referring to the self-hosted version of WordPress from https://wordpress.org/

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  What is the URL of the site you’re having trouble with?

  Thanks, it is WordPress.com and I have switched to Cpanel hosting that comes with IonCube Loader. Alidropship plug-in was activated too.

  Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with this, as cPanel and your PHP version are controlled by them.

  Thanks for the solution..
  It suprised me suddenly Alidropship req ioncube.. I already their plugin yesterday.
  And at same time we cannot mix with original and woo plugin..
  It very confusing… Better i use WOODROPSHIP…hahahahaha.

  I already contact my hosting provider..
