    I want to know the IP from where this upgrade happened. Someone has access and even tried to log into my bank account.

    Hi hilaldib,

    The plan on your account was set to auto renew, which is why you were recently charged. I can see you have since cancelled the plan and it has been fully refunded. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

    The money should reach your account in 7-14 business days.

    If you are worried someone has access to your bank account, please contact your bank. They should be able to look into it for you.
