  Hi, I have a .com domain name and have built my website with wordpress. I have just bought a .com.au domain name and want to redirect that to my .com site but they need the A Record IP Address…what is that please? Thanks, Hayley

  Hi there,

  If this for your site, http://www.littleseb.com? That site is not hosted with us, so our IP addresses are useless for what you want to do.

  Please see here for the instructions how to correctly change your site’s domain:

  Don’t just change the domain in your settings, as that will just break your site and lock you out of the dashboard.

  You need to contact your hosting provider for the name servers and/or IP addresses needed to connect your domain.
