  Hi, Godaddy says it needs my IP address for my nourish yourself well blog to point my domain to the site???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ah, I didn’t write that last sentence.

  My blog was always called nourishyourselfwell.uk not the wordpress one.

  All WordPress.com sites have a free address which contains .wordpress.com but that part is hidden if you have a custom or mapped domain.

  I can see you purchased domain mapping for nourishyourselfwell.uk in the past. Is this what you would like to get set up again?

  Domain mapping will link nourishyourselfwell.uk to nourishyourselfwell.wordpress.com and hide the Free WordPress.com address. Is this what you would like to do?

  Or would you like to point the domain towards another site hosted elsewhere?

  No problem, I just wanted to make sure I was giving you the correct information :)

  nourishyourselfwell.uk is already pointing to WordPress.com so there is no need to update the DNS through GoDaddy again — purchasing domain mapping is the only other thing you need to do. It use to be available as a standalone upgrade but this was discontinued last year and it is now only available though a paid plan:

  https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  The Personal plan is the cheapest option if you are upgrading primarily to map a domain. Choose a plan first and then select the domain mapping option for nourishyourselfwell.uk:

  I’ve done the paid plan and now seem to have two sites. :( My address nourishyourselfwell.uk takes you to the brand new blog with nothing on it and my old site isn’t there…

  I’ve moved your upgrades over to nourishyourselfwell.wordpress.com. You purchased them for nourishyourselfwelluk.wordpress.com this time around (which is empty) :)
