  Hi, I already have an existing website on wordpress.com. How can I use my namecheap domain on WordPress.com?
  OR how can I use my old free wordpress domain?

  You will need the Domain Mapping upgrade to do that. Domain Mapping is included in all WordPress.com paid plans:
