IP address cannot be found for ugapaintline.com

We have been using wordpress to run our site ugapaintline.com for at least 6 years now, 2013, and this past November 2018, we could not longer access the website. The url ugapaintline.com when typed into the web address bar will take you to a page that says ‘sorry this site cannot be reached. ugapaintline.com’s server IP address could not be found’. Is there any way to recover this website (same url) or its information from the website and directed to a process of changing the ip address name?
