I downloaded plugin Elementor. Tried to sign in and could not, got a message IP address could not be found. My domain is: http://www.jackofall-masterofsome.com. Nancy Claessen, (email visible only to moderators and staff). I am not very technically savvy, been out of it for several years, so I get lost easily. But, the last couple weeks has been a ‘crash course’. I also have the question, that once you set up your site initially on one theme, does it prevent you from customizing the initial look of the theme you changed to? Any help is extremely welcome.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
All we can help with here are features added by the Jetpack plugin that connects your site to WordPress.com, and even there it’s better to contact Jetpack support directly instead.
Please contact support at Elementor for help with that plugin.
For general WordPress support you can ask in https://wordpress.org/support/
And for login issues it’s best to contact your hosting provider directly.

I have paid for a personal premium account with wordpress.com. Not sure what information you need from me in order for you to verify that. I have received a call (and playing phone tag) with Jon Troutman, who has reached out to me to field any questions I may have about my new site.
So, I am not sure where you are getting your information from. I definitely am not building this site myself. I have already done my research on the difference between, .com and .org. I would appreciate it you would revisit my request and see if you can’t come up with a better suggestion.
Thank you.

No, you have not. The site, http://www.jackofall-masterofsome.com, is using the open source version of WordPress found on WordPress.org, and is hosted with Bluehost.com. You will have bought a hosting plan from them, but you did not buy anything from WordPress.com. We don’t sell anything called a “personal premium account”.
That site is listed in your WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin. But we have no control over the site itself, and you have not paid us for anything related to that site.

We do not provide phone support on WordPress.com, and we have no employee called Jon Troutman. That is either someone who works for Elementor, or someone who works for Bluehost.
So, I am not sure where you are getting your information from.
I am looking at your WordPress.com account which shows no purchases and no active plans with us, no WordPress.com sites, and only one site connected here via Jetpack – the site you mentioned in your original post.
A Whois lookup of your domain shows that it is both registered with and hosted by Bluehost, not WordPress.com:
