IP address could not be found

  Hi, please could you help me.
  I changes the site address and once that did nothing i changed the wordpress address…
  All of the sudden none of my pages could be found…
  I looked online for possible solutions and tried a few things, reversing them when they did not work.
  Eventually I downloaded a backup from the previous day and uploaded it via Filezilla.. But now I get the IP address could not be found.

  My website is http://www.realfoods.co.za and the site used to be located on http://www.realfoods.co.za/wordpress.
  My e-mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
