IP Address is blocked

  Hello, I keep getting a notification that my IP address has been blocked by my website with a ‘defender’ logo. I can view my sites fine without my wifi connected. All of the forums keep leading to a ‘security’ tab on my dashboard and that tab is not an option for me.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
