IP blocked

I am trying to blog for a client and I accidentally put the wrong password in. I am now getting the message ‘The administrator has blocked your IP from accessing this website’ I am unsure how to fix this. Can this be fixed in the backend of wordpress?
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Sorry to hear that! Can you share the address of your site? It’s possible your site is hosted elsewhere, in which case, you’d need to reach out to your hosting service provider for help.
