Is a newsletter plugin available on Basic WordPress?

  I’d like to develop a newsletter attached to my WordPress website. When I click on plugins in my dashboard, I see a message that I have to upgrade to Business to access plugins. Other information seems to indicate that I should be able to access a free newsletter template. Can anyone please advise?

  Using plugins require our Business Plan, yes, so if you want to integrate a plugin that will automatically create and send newsletters based on the posts you publish, you’ll need to upgrade to that plan.

  If you just want to add a newsletter subscription form on your site, you can add a Mailchimp pop-up form on any WordPress.com site as explained here:

  Or you can add the Mailchimp subscription form to a specific post or page using the Mailchimp block:
