  If you’re referring to Jetpack Ads, what you need is a PayPal account:

  As for the Donations and Payments Blocks, they use Stripe, which doesn’t seem to be available in Egypt right now.

  Yes, I have accepted payments before with stripe and they has not sent me the funds even to my usa bank account, and they always ignore my Emails for 6 months.
