Is FTP upload allowed for my purchased wordpress.com domain?

  I just purchased a domain right http://www.pedrofernandezdorado.com, and I was wondering if I can upload files to my domain using ftp programs.

  I am aware of the fact that plugins for WordPress are not allowed, but my intention is only to upload html files to my domain, so I can host them there.

  Is that allowed with my purchase? If so, which would be the username and password to authorise that upload to the server in a ftp software?
