Is it possible to add an ‘app-ads.txt’ file?

    HI,
    I’d like to purchase a ‘WordPress Starter’ plan. Will I be able to add an ‘app-ads.txt’ file?
    I would also like to add a custom domain name, that I already own. Am I allowed to do that and at what cost?

    You can’t upload any kind of file onto the wordpress.com platform as you don’t have access to the file system.
    You can use your custom domain with the WordPress Starter Plan.
