Is it possible to edit the page that follows a form submission?

    Is there a way to edit the page the viewer is directed to after they fill out a form? I’m trying to offer a link on that page once they submit the form. Otherwise, is there a way to have an auto-response e-mail sent to their e-mail after they submit their info? I’m trying to give people a page link with some info, but I don’t want to have to extract the info manually from the e-mails I receive after they fill out the form.
