Is it possible to merge multiple blogs into one blog

I have three active blogs, two on WordPress.com and one on WordPress.org. I’m spreading myself a bit thin at the moment, so I’m thinking of scaling back to a single blog for everything, either on .com or .org (I haven’t made up my mind which). Is there any way to merge these three blogs into one, keeping all posts, comments, etc intact? Or do I have to move the posts manually, one at a time, and lose all the comments and settings?

I understand the process of moving blogs using Tools > Export to create an XML file and download it to my computer, then using Tools > Import to import those settings into a new blog. But that is a new, empty WordPress blog. I’m talking about merging three currently active blogs with multiple posts in each. Can it be done?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sure. It’s the same procedure whether you’re importing to an empty or a populated WP.com blog.

Thanks for the reply. I gave it a go today and imported one of my .com blogs into my WordPress.org blog, and all went well. Just a bit of cleaning up to do now – I have the three About pages from my .com blog as well as the originals from the .org blog, so those will have to be cannibalized for relevant material and deleted. And I’ll also have to tidy up the categories and tags a bit, as there are quite a few duplicates (with only slight variations in the names). But aside from that, I’m very pleased with how easily it went. Thanks again.
