is it possible to recover a Website without registered email

Am not sure is this question have been answered somewhere but!!
a friend made a site for me on word press, he registered with his wok email but but now he doesn’t have access to the email any more? is there a way to recover the website?

There have been made some purchases for that site back in 2014 and 2015. If you can find those transactions in your bank or credit card statement we can help you recover access to that site.
