Is it possible to speak directly to someone on the phone?

  I need to have someone build a website and filled out the enterprise contact form earlier this week to have someone call or email me to discuss options, but no one has gotten back to me. Does WordPress not offer the option to speak to anyone? If not, do you have any website creators that you can put me in contact with that I can hire to build a website? Thank you.
