Is it Word Press or a ThinkUpThemes issue I’m dealing with?

    I’m the new Administrator for http://www.connectthechurch.org. My Word Press knowledge is limited with skill sets with using Elementor. On another website hosted with SiteGround, using Word Press, I have Three links previously built, yet broken and are: Paradigm Shift, Resource Kit and About Us. I’m curious to know if this is a Word Press issue or a ThinkUpThemes (by https://www.thinkupthemes.com/)? Can you help direct me accordingly? Thank you!     connectthechurch.org does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, you are set up on the open source WordPress.org software and hosted by GoDaddy. Help with this version of WordPress comes from the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    I would go ahead and follow up with the theme author as well.
