  Is my account cancelled for sure and will I get a refund

  Our logs show you cancelled a Business Plan and domain on 30 December, and we’ve issued a full refund. You can see a receipt for that transaction in your account’s billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/, and you should also have received one via email.

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
