Is my blog infected ?

  My friend has tried to look at my blog but his browser blocks it, reporting a problem with some content from looksee.chrisashley.net I have looked this address up and it says this site may harm your computer.
  I can open my blog with no problem. Is my blog infected ? What can I do and how can I prevent it happening again.
