Is my Domain name being cancelled or not?

    I received an e-mail telling me my domain name was set to expire next month and urging me to go to the store. In the store it says that this domain name is being renewed. Which is true?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the confusion. Since you set auto-renew you are fine as long as the credit card on file is valid. After looking into your account, I found that your upgrade is being renewed at the moment, and once it is fully processed your expiration date will update to 2015-09-05.
