Is my domain name (www.wherethehellisthepress.net) down?

The domain name http://www.wherethehellisthepress.net bought from you 1 month ago doesn’t work anymore. It just crashed or something. I checked with the web hosting if the problem came from there, but I can connect on the ftp server and everything is fine so the problem is not there. We really need this website to be ONLINE because I worked on it 1 month and it’s for a three days workshop that starts tomorrow!!! Can you help please?

Although wherethehellisthepress.net has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. As your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site then you need to contact whoever you pay to web host it. it seems wherethehellisthepress.net Is Hosted by METANET AG, Switzerland

I believe the web hosting company was updating their server or something, usually they’re waiting at night (it’s 4.49 am in switzerland) to do these things.
I came here because I thought the problem came from the domain name which I bought from wordpress.com. Even if you did nothing, I wanted to thank you for your answer :) -
