  • Hey there @dennyrayrichardson, thanks for your patience here. The automated info added to your ticket is really more for at-a-glance help for volunteers, so you can ignore that.

It looks like you’ve purchased our services a few times, then refunded the plan. You still have an upgrade for mail, which you don’t seem to be using here, and for a domain connection that you’re also not currently using.

What are you hoping for at this point? Will you be setting up a site here, or do you hope to continue using it with its current provider? If you’ll be using its current provider, you can cancel your upgrades here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases — or, update us here and we can help. I just don’t have a clear picture yet of what you’re going for, so let us know what you have in mind.

I did not intend to make a web site or a blog on Word Press.

I wanted to make a web site on Home Inspector Pro web sites, which used WordPress programing. and the process was confusing to me (first time building a web site). By mistake, I set up an account in WordPress and also a blog site in word press.

I asked Home Inspector Pro for help, but they were not able to respond to my questions and their web site had glitches that would not except my attempts to pay them. and they couldn’t fix the payment problems for almost a month.

The whole process was very confusing to me. I thought I had repaired it when I discovered the WordPress web site and blog programming in WordPress. I honestly thought I could create the Web Site & Blog in WordPress

I deleated most of the Work that I had done on
WordPress and on the Word Press Blog. I want to delete the work that I had started on the Blog as well, but at some point I may want to use WordPress Blog on my Web Site so I don’t want to completely burn my bridges. could you help me out?

  • Hi @dennyrayrichardson,

I asked Home Inspector Pro for help, but they were not able to respond to my questions and their web site had glitches that would not except my attempts to pay them. and they couldn’t fix the payment problems for almost a month.

Sounds like a frustrating experience. Are you going to keep your site there for now, or are you hoping to move here to our services?

Right now I see you removed the email. You still have an upgrade that costs $13/year, and it redirects your timberlineinspect.wordpress.com site address to your live, current site. Do you want to leave that in place?

About burning bridges, no worries: as long as you don’t delete the site or account, you’re welcome to log in again later and use them as you’d like.
