Is my managed WP site connected to my WP account in any way?

    When I log into WP, it shows I have 3 sites, all with (name).wordpress.com identifiers. I also have a managed WP site through Siteground that is my official business website. These other 3, I would like to delete and start fresh. But to delete them, it asks me to delete my entire account. So 2 questions: 1. If I delete my account, can I start fresh using the same email address? and 2. If I delete my account, does it have any impact on my managed WP account that is my real business website?

    Hi there,

    Siteground is a company that we’re not associated with (we’re peers and both provide WordPress sites to the public) so your site with them is not connected to this account. For your WordPress.com login at @americanyogablog I see only the following 3 accounts as connected:

    – https://urbanwellnessmagcom.wordpress.com/
    – https://americanyogablog.wordpress.com/
    – https://americanyogaacademyblog.wordpress.com/

    If you do not need these sites then you can safely close your account with us, and it will not affect the site you have with your other provider. You can follow the steps here to permanently close your account, which will remove your personal data from our service: https://wordpress.com/me/account/close
