Is my WordPress site defective?

  So I recently finally decided to create a blog, I know it’s visible because I’ve gotten few likes on my articles. However when I search for the site online (like Google) it’s not showing and people have told me they can’t access my WordPress blog!
  I’m not very tech savvy, please help me.
