Is the Business Plan for one site only or all sites in my account?

I currently have two sites on a free plan:
site1.wordpress.com
site2.wordpress.com
Now, I’d like to upgrade to a Business Plan and pick a domain (site2.com).
When upgrading, WP asks for a site. I can only select a free one, as the domain isn’t setup yet.
So, will the Business Plan allow me to choose a domain and use all of its benefits – or will it only work on the current site I selected on purchase?

Ok, thanks for confirming it. I needed to first setup the new domain and then choose a plan. Best regard.
