Is the Zemanta plugin still available for WordPress.com?

I no longer have the Zemanta plugin when I write posts, and it seems to not be available in my settings either. Has this been removed from wordpress.com?

We have removed our integration with Zemanta from WordPress.com. We’re working on improving our editor to incorporate some functionality previously provided by Zemanta. Some features, like related posts, are already there. We encourage you to use our Related Posts feature on WordPress.com, and for images, check out our list of websites that provide free images, videos, books, and other content for your blogs.
