Is there a fee to upload my purchase Theme?

  I purchased a theme from Envato and would like to upload it to my WordPress. Does that mean I have to upgrade and pay a fee or can upload it for free?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to upload a third party theme, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
