Is there a phone number I can call for technical support?

My published posts suddenly stopped displaying in Reader. Also, I no longer receive email notifications of comments or likes (despite correct Setting configurations). Also, my followers now do not receive a media image with their notifications.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
There is no phone support here.
Please post the URLs of the Posts that are not displaying in the Reader. All reasons for non-appearance of posts on Topics pages can be found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-postsIf you have assigned a combined total that exceeds 15 Categories/Tags to your posts, you need to edit and delete. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/ After removal of the excess categories and/or tags note it may take several days for your posts to begin displaying there.
What are the URLs of the posts you refer to please?

Also, my followers now do not receive a media image with their notifications.
This is your feed for posts and do note that all media files are in it.

Each email client is different and has different user settings that can be used to either display or not display the post attachments which are the media files. -

I’ll tag this thread for Staff to check your settings. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi there,
My published posts suddenly stopped displaying in Reader.
As timethief mentioned, if your post has more than 15 categories/tags (total) it won’t be displayed on the tags pages in the Reader. I noticed that your latest post has a total of 17 categories and tags, so that one won’t show up in the Reader under those categories and tags. You can remove some of those categories or tags to get your post to show up.
If you have concerns about any other posts with fewer than 15 categories/tags, please let me know and I’ll take a look. :)
Also, I no longer receive email notifications of comments or likes (despite correct Setting configurations).
Could you send me a link to a couple posts where you didn’t receive email notifications? That will help me investigate this issue for you.

Thanks for your help. I removed a few tags from my posts, and they now are appearing on Reader.
Here is the link to a post for which I did not receive an email notification of a comment:
How a Teenage Girl from Maryland Helped Launch the Beatles in America
Thanks again for all your help!

Here’s another link to a post for which I got no email notification some “Likes”:
Maybe this also has something to do with having over 15 categories/tags?

Hi Pete,
Here is the link to a post for which I did not receive an email notification of a comment:
http://peterkurtz.wordpress.com/2014/02/05/how-a-teenage-girl-from-maryland-helped-launch-the-beatles-in-america/I checked your comment settings again (under Settings > Discussion in your blog’s dashboard) and I see that you have “Comment must be manually approved” selected. Did you receive the email to approve that comment? Or did you not receive any email at all about the comment?
Also, can you double-check your email folders (including the spam/junk folder and the social/promotions tabs in gmail) to make sure the comment and like emails didn’t get filed away somewhere else? Thanks!
-
“Did you receive the email to approve that comment? Or did you not receive any email at all about the comment?”
I received no email at all about the comment. I’ve had “likes,” but no longer receive emails for those. Nothing in the spam/jumk folder. Also, although the “Notify me of followup posts via e-mail,” I haven’t received your followup posts.
I haven’t changed anything regarding my Settings, so I don’t know why this all of a sudden happened.
Thanks.

Oh boy. I think I solved it. Somehow all my WordPress emails were tagged as “Spam” in my Google email account. They’re all sitting in the Spam folder! So it’s not a WordPress issue.
Thanks for being patient, and helping me along!
Pete

Im not sure if anyone can help me. I’m feeling really defeated.
I am a newbie. I started to hook up a wordpress.com acct before I realized I needed another host, like bluehost, to do it. So I initiated everything at Bluehost. I’ve cancelled everything thru WordPress – deleted my blog & my request for mapping. I’ve cleared my cache, shut down, restarted my computer and all.EVERYTIME I put in my address it says I have a mapping error and pulls up wordpress. Im surprised Im even able to log in still. Someone please tell me how to get rid of this so i can build my website from bluehost/wordpress there.

follow up: i have contacted bluehost who say everything is set and clear on their end. for some reason i keep pulling up old information from wordpress despite deletion of my blog, and restarting my computer, making sure i dont have wordpress installed on my computer (which I don’t) clearing my cache’s,etc.
I am feeling pretty disheartened. How is anyone suppossed to get a website and business? this is eating up my whole day. Someone please help.

I see that your domain points to Bluehost now. Do you still encounter any issues?
Looking forward to your reply.

I purchased a domain name but when I attempted to use the name WordPress.com prompted me to pay for it…again, so my purchased domain name ends in wordpress.com. I don’t want that so how can I change it, and use my PURCHASED domain name as my blog domain address
