Is there a support in french?

    I received two advices that I shall be charged of 18 euros to renew the domain.
    One 60 days before the end, one 30 days before the end. It will end the 6th of June.
    The first payment was done by another administrator.
    I would like to know:
    1) If you send me a number of account to realize the payment?
    2) If I can pay by pcbanking (Belgium bpost banque) ?
    3) Is it possible to have a contact with a collaborator who could answer in french?

    Hi Jacques,

    It is not possible to renew the domain with a direct bank payment. You will need to use one of our supported Payment Methods instead (for example, a credit card or PayPal payment).

    Right now, your domain is set to auto renew using the same payment details the other administrator used to make the first payment. If you don’t want the domain to auto renew with those details, please disable auto renew from your My Upgrades page. If you want, I can also disable that for you.

    Please let me know if you have any questions about that.
