  Also note that if you do not want all the posts to show on the front page, then you can create a static front page for your site, and also create a “blog” page for your posts to display on, but that’s optional.

  If you are talking about the order of the posts and wanting them in chronological order (oldest at top) then no, there is no way to do that. Returning visitors would be looking for your latest posts, and would not want to wade through page after page of posts to get to your latest clear at the very bottom. That is why blogs are in reverse chronological order (newest at top).

  I do realize that for some types of material, having it in chronological order would be advantageous, but we cannot do that here at wordpress.com.

  The only alternative structure we can create is a book-like structure. Perhaps that would be workable for your blog.
