Is there a way to brand the website leads

  I was looking into various plugins and 3rd party for assistance but couldn’t really find anything useful. Every form plugin that I used, they come out been ‘ordinary/plain’ looking with lines of text, is there a way to modify the look on website leads? Anything will be appreciated.
