Is there a way to read the plain texts on my WordPress site download?

I just recently changed hosting companies and I thought I downloaded the whole site.
When using an app, it said that file seemed too small. I checked the download and it said “download failed”, so it was right. Problem is, that login is now long gone and all I have is a half downloaded site.
Having said that, other than loading the site (or trying to) is there any plain text files within a full WordPress site download that I can reference? I don’t mind copy/pasting the info if I have to, even though I am aware the dates will be off.
All I am looking for is the titles and the “bodies” of my blog posts so I can recreate them, manually.

In this forum we can only provide help with sites hosted on WordPress.com, like your site, https://postcolorblog.wordpress.com/.
If you had a site at another host, we never had any access to that site, and none of the content related to that site has ever been hosted on our servers. If you’re missing content that you downloaded from a site at another host, the only people who might be able to help you is that hosting provider.

A WordPress export file of site content only comes in a machine-readable .xml file, which includes the text content of your posts, pages and comments, and links to your media files in the source site’s media library. It’s not possible to download/export text-only files of a site’s content. This is true of WordPress.com and stand-alone WordPress installations.
