is there a way to remove title at top of page on Coraline theme please

  hello. I am using Coraline and and want to know how to remove the title at the top of each page as it appears twice, once above the header image showing the subject but don’t need it repeated at top of page when on it. I don’t have a CSS upgrade. hoping i there may be an option somewhere OR an HTML code i could use? thank you for any advice!

  I did a forum search and found this:

  The tab in the top nav menu doesn’t have to be the actual page title, so here’s what you can do:
  Edit the pages and delete their titles.
  Go to Appearance>Menus and create a custom menu. Select your (now nameless) pages from the Pages module, click Add to Menu. Click the arrow at the right side of each page module to open it, type the title in the Navigation Label field.   If you have not yet created a custom menu see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
  1. You create a custom menu.

  2. You add the Parent pages you want to display and arrange them in the order you want.

  3. Then you add and drop and drag the subpages below the appropriate Parent pages, and when you have everything arranged in the menu that you want you save the menu.

  4. Go to the “theme location” module at upper left on the menu page. Select your custom menu name from the pulldown labeled “primary location.” Click the save button in that module.

  5. Refresh your browser so that it isn’t possibly pulling a cached page, and view see your new menu with Parent pages and dropdowns to sub-pages.

  thank you. this all seems like a lot of work though
  seems i’m going to have to reconfigure my whole page just to get rid of the top title
  was hoping there would be a simpler way
  thank you i appreciate your help, will give it a go when i have enough spare time x
