Is there anyway to use wordpress.com hosting, email, domain etc but connect to wordpress.org free website?

  I have a customer who wants a new website, who is only on the premium plan with wordpress.com

  I have suggested moving hosting provider but he’s incredibly nervous and doesn’t want to do this, and have to set up his emails and whatnot.

  Is there any way to use just the hosting, domain and email of wordpress.com but link this to a wordpress.org free site? Or is the only option that he upgrades his package or moves to another hosting provider?

  wordpress.com and wordpress.org are two completely different and unrelated systems, https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.
  Why would you move away from the wordpress.com premium plan to another hosting provider?
