Is there no customer service?

    I got a new word press through bluehost and I used the same email address as for the two blogs I had already started for free. When I went to log in to the bluehosted site today (after getting it to look the way I wanted to last night) it told me I needed to install wordpress, which I did and then my whole site reset and I had to redo it all over again. I called Mojo/bluehost and spoke to Thomas who then sent me over to you guys and now I’m sitting on hold.. still. I don’t know what to do because I’m afraid if I close out my editing tab then I’ll lose everything all over again. HELP!

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, katiecassidynj.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
