    Hi aldobar – I suggest you contact your bank or credit-card company to find out why the payment was blocked on their end, as the transaction error on your purchase attempt says that the transaction was declined by the card’s issuing bank or financial institution.

    You could also try another payment method, such as a different card, or PayPal.
