  I just mapped my website, now my website is off line now.
  What’s happening?

  How to contact wordpress for technical assistance?
  Doesn’t wordpress have a help contact number?

  While searching for an email or contact to reach wordpress, I see that you have a long list of praises for the quality of your support.

  What is the point about boasting about your customer support when it is non-existent, as I and many other will have found out?

  WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support, but I’m happy to help you here!

  Whenever you make changes to domain settings, such as mapping a domain to a new site, it can take 48-72 hours for those changes to take effect. (This process is called domain propagation.) However, you should see your domain begin working with your WordPress.com site soon.

  If you continue to have trouble viewing your site at your domain, you might want to try flushing your computer’s DNS cache to reset it.
