Isn't there a manual 'save' button when editing text on a page?

  I’m editing the text on my ‘About’ page, and the Autosave feature seems to be working well. When I preview my changes, all looks good. But when I exit the ‘Edit Page’ tab and go on to my blog, none of the changes I’ve made are there. Is there a ‘save’ button I can manually click on to be absolutely sure that my work is saved?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. In a draft post you will find a Save button at the top left of the Publish module. In a published post, you will find an Update button at the bottom right of the Publish module.
