isolated WordPress site with pluggin support

  We want to deploy a WordPress site in an isolated environment. Plugin support is needed, thus we’d like to purchase a business license. Can you provide information on how WordPress can be installed on a local server with the business class features enabled?

  If you want to run the site on your own server, you need to download and install the open source WordPress software from WordPress.org.
