Isssue with creating Gravatar with custom domain

  I cannot create a WordPress.com/Gravatar account using my custom domain email. The email address is valid, can send and receive mail, and the domain DNS/MX records are correctly configured. Registration returns “We couldn’t create your account with this email” or “Please provide a valid email address.” Could you please check whether my domain or email has been blocked by mistake?
