Issue accessing WordPress

  Hi,
  For the second time in a few months my Website has got wiped for no apparent reason and it appears to be a problem with 1&1 IONIS.

  Anyway, I cannot access my wordpress account now to restore my files.
  Wordpress did send a ‘reset’ email as they noticed there was a problem but this also does not work.
