Issue Displaying Custom Recycling Collection Schedule & Interactive Map
-
Hi everyone,
I’m having a technical issue with my recycling website hosted on WordPress. My site provides local recycling pickup schedules and drop-off location information, but I’m running into the following problems:
- The custom recycling collection schedule (built using a table and some custom CSS) is not displaying correctly on mobile devices. The columns overflow the screen instead of stacking responsively.
- I embedded an interactive map (using an iframe from a third-party map provider) to show recycling drop-off locations, but it sometimes does not load or displays a blank space.
- After a recent theme update, some of my custom CSS changes seem to be ignored.
Has anyone experienced similar layout or embed issues? Is there a recommended way to create a responsive schedule table or properly embed an interactive map on WordPress?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to check — is your recycling website hosted on WordPress.com? We weren’t able to find a WordPress.com site linked to your account, so we want to make sure we point you in the right direction.
If your site is hosted on WordPress.com, could you share the site URL (the
.wordpress.comaddress or your custom domain)? That way we can take a closer look at the issues you’re experiencing. If your site is self-hosted (meaning you installed WordPress yourself through a hosting provider), the WordPress.org support forums would be the best place to get help, as they specialize in self-hosted WordPress installations.
We’re happy to help if it’s a WordPress.com site — just let us know!

We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://www.ewasteatl.com
