Issue for a subscriber

  I have a subscriber who just posted the below comment on my blog. Can you please tell me how I can help her to stop receiving 4 of the same email?

  ” When I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment. There has to be an easy method you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!”

  That seems rather odd, sorry about that!

  At the bottom of each email, there will be either an Unsubscribe or Manage Subscription link (depending on the type of subscription).

  She can use that to unsubscribe from three of the emails.
