Issue paying for a plan with wordpress

    When i’m trying to pay for a plan, the system is saying that payments are currently desactivated. How can i activate the payments again ?

    Our billing support team usually responds within 24 hours, but that depends on the size of their queue and it’s possible they have a backlog to work through after the weekend.

    They’ll reply to you directly via email as I see you’ve also submitted a support ticket to them via the link in your dashboard. I’m closing this forum thread to further replies as we cannot help with blocked purchase issues in the public forums.
