Issue regarding sharing my blog post in facebook

I have followed the procedure as mentioned to share my post on facebook. Using ‘publicize’ I have connected my facebook profile but still the post doesn’t show in my timeline. Please suggest how I can solve the issue.

Your site currently only has one post, published two days ago on 22 May.
You only connected Publicize 17 hours ago, after that post was already published. Publicize only shares a post to Facebook the first time a post is published, and it will not share any posts that were published before you connected it. If you want to share your existing post on Facebook you need to do it manually, either by using the sharing button or by pasting the link directly into a status update on Facebook.
