Issue regarding Updating a site logo

  Hi, I am looking to change a logo of a site using a customised theme.

  However, the interface of Appearance > Customise > Site Identity appears to be different from what is shown on the user manual, that I was only given access to change the site icon, but no option for logo at all.

  Could you kindly advice what could be the possible issue?
